Absolutely, each shuttle line is designed for one-directional or two-directional bookings.

Of course, personal items can be left on the shuttles and will remain accessible to you during the trip.

Yes, this is a great option for larger parties. All private bookings can be booked via email 24 hours in advance, based on availability.

Weather can change quickly in Colorado. Early and late season tend to be cooler while the middle of the season tends to be 70 degrees. Lower temperatures should be expected during the evening and bringing a rain jacket is always a good idea!

Please be aware that luggage space on the shuttle is limited. Small personal items such as purses or backpacks that can be easily stored in the vehicle are recommended. Ski racks are available during ski season from November through April only. Bike storage is available from May through October.

Only registered service animals are allowed on the shuttles.

Use of drugs and alcohol while riding the Denver Mountain Shuttle is prohibited. Smoking or vaping while riding the Denver Mountain Shuttle is also prohibited.

Yes, the seats in the shuttles are equipped with latches to install a car seat; however, space is limited, so we recommend you plan accordingly. Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted to ride alone on the Denver Mountain Shuttle without a parent or guardian.

Each shuttle has a bicycle rack that can accommodate a total of 4 bicycles. Please be sure to reserve a spot for a bicycle before booking. (It is always a good idea to reserve a spot for a bike if we have limited room.)

The service does not provide door to door transfers to the airport.
